Perform Inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Maintain a clean work area and clean up daily
Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition
Inspect public areas daily for any issues
Perform maintenance related repairs including plumbing, kitchen, mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs
Maintain the appearance of the property, with quality and attention to detail from a guest perspective
Engage in team and department meetings
Complete work order requests in a timely manner
Monitoring inventories as needed to fulfill daily duties.
Maintain professionalism and provide courteous service
Review daily work orders and complete them in a timely manner
Understand and practice proper lock out-tag out procedures in accordance with OSHA standard
Perform day to day business making decisions with integrity, on behalf of the company, team and guests/tenants.
Practice effective time management and prioritization of duties pertaining to each individual property.
