• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all drinks are served efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure smooth service, supporting one another during busy shifts.
• Handle multiple tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and timely service, even during peak hours.
• Be proactive in managing customer needs, responding quickly to requests, and solving problems efficiently.
• Create and serve innovative cocktails, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and always looking for opportunities to impress guests with your creativity.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a professional demeanor, handling concerns calmly, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

What You Need for this Position

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, but a passion for customer service and willingness to learn is just as important.
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation, mixology, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
