What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual for a part-time, hybrid, Front Desk Support role.

This position is ideal for someone with an industry license who excels in customer service, enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, and can provide additional spa services part-time.

This role offers a great balance of administrative support and hands-on service, making it a unique opportunity for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate client appointments to ensure smooth and efficient guest flow
• Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the spa services in order to maximize each sale and optimize customer satisfaction
• Create an inviting atmosphere and be the point of contact for guests
• Schedule appointments for service providers and answer phones
• Conduct confirmation calls for guest services
• Manage the spa’s social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and promoting services and specials to enhance online presence
• Perform spa attendant duties, including flipping rooms and restocking amenities, light cleaning, and handling laundry
• Assist supervisor with inventory of product
• Sell gift certificates, advise on gift selection, maintain accurate gift sales data
• Perform sales transactions, and take responsibility for Point of Sale data; follow procedures and maintain high standard of accuracy

What You Need for this Position

• Availability Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Be licensed in treatments that are required to perform on clientele
• Good communication and phone skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Office administration skills are a plus
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
• Able to stoop and bend
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds 
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards
