What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering questions quickly and correctly regarding all aspects of the restaurant and the hotel
• Effectively working the phones with a pleasant yet professional tone of voice
• Maintaining control of the seating flow within the restaurant (maximizing every server’s section evenly)
• Estimating wait times for guests
• Making reservations and accommodating guest needs

What You Need for this Position

• Effectively communicate to the guest
• Excellent customer service skills
• Daytime availability needed
• Must have weekend availability
• TIPS certifiable
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
• Able to stoop and bend
• Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards
• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
