As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for curating and delivering memorable food and beverage experiences for various group sizes. Your role will involve crafting exquisite coffee selections, arranging decorative snack, lunch, and breakfast buffets, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We will train you on the skills needed to set up, serve, interact with guests, understand food and beverage, respond to guest requests, and anticipate guest needs. You will do this daily as part of a larger team that is committed to respecting and supporting each other, providing friendly and memorable interactions with our guests, and having fun.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using time management skills to to ensure timely delivery and setup of multiple food and beverage stations for assigned events.
- Using large inventory of products, create visually appealing food and beverage set ups consisting of non alcoholic beverage stations as well as snack, lunch, and breakfast buffets.
- Collaborating with the hotel's culinary team to coordinate food offerings and presentation.
- Preparing and brewing exceptional coffee and tea, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Providing breakfast or lunch service for small events up to 30 guests, ensuring a seamless guest experience with larger events.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service by proactively providing personalized guest experiences in a friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable manner
- Respecting and supporting fellow team members
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee breaks area before, during and after events.
