What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing food and following recipes
  • Stock food in appropriate cooler
  • Need to know the proper hand washing techniques
  • Close your area properly, according to the training manual
  • Maintain proper product rotation and labeling
  • Demonstrate teamwork
  • Demonstrate proper use knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Be organized and have preparation skills

 

Qualifications

What You Need for this Position

  • Basic knife skills
  • Food Handler Class Preferred
  • Able to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours or more
  • Able to stoop and bend
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
  • Able to comply with safety and health code standards
  • Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
