In the GHG Facilities and Maintenance team there is a strong need to support the various leaders in their roles with support functions. The multiple locations need a person who will be a point of contact and information flow to ensure interconnectability. This position will be located in the Radisson facilities team area, as this will be the hub of information. The intent is to be the person with access to both Asset Essential Systems, to then help assign Work Orders to the various teammembers. For the Radisson, it will entail taking some of the radio calls, and intersecting emails and converting them to work orders. Other duties for creating PO’s for both systems, contacting vendors etc, will be outlined below.
